The conference fees consist of the registration fee and the cost of accommodation.
The registration fee for full participants is 400/450 Euros, including the registration kit, conference materials, historical tours, welcome party, symposium dinner and concerts on board. The registration fee for students and accompanying persons is 200 Euros.
The registration fee is waived for the program committee members, conference chairs, and invited speakers.
The accommodation fee is 700 Euros. The accommodation on board will be one- or two-berth cabins, breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Also, complimentary coffee will be available during the breaks.
The deadline for paying the conference fees is 01 July, 2013
